The central component of the system is the AV rack, typically installed in a convenient location, either on or near the stage, to provide easy access to all necessary controls. With a single power button to activate the system, users can select one of the two wireless microphones and initiate their presentation. Smartphones can be paired with the Bluetooth receiver to play music, or a laptop can be connected by simply pulling out the rack shelf and plugging it into the rack HDMI port. The projector can be activated, and the screen lowered from the ceiling, with the press of a button.

We also include two wired microphones, with connections readily available on the front of the rack, as well as an HDMI port and a USB-C jack for charging mobile devices or powering laptops. Additional microphones can be added, and an extra HDMI port can be installed on the side of the stage for enhanced operational convenience. Furthermore, our wireless HDMI dongle allows for tether-free presentations, enabling users to move around the room while using their laptops. The HDMI auto-switcher automatically detects new inputs and switches accordingly, eliminating the need to manually adjust the buttons. The installed JBL speakers provide a perfect audio complement, delivering clear vocals and clean audio for music playback, with a balanced acoustic profile and deep bass to enhance the room's ambiance.
